A bricklayer by trade, John T. Jones started the company out of his garage in 1953, and it remains a family run business to this day. Over the years we have earned the reputation as a reliable general contractor for industrial and institutional projects, as well as private and municipal treatment facilities.

Some of our early projects include commercial projects throughout Fargo including Hope Lutheran Church, The Raddison Hotel, and a 22 story high rise apartment. In the mid 1980's we transitioned into the Water/Wastewater sector, and since then we have completed projects from TX to ND.

On any given project, we self-perform up to 70% of the work including earthwork, utilities, concrete, metals, carpentry, specialties, and process piping/treatment equipment installation. We primarily operate in MN,ND,SD,IA,NE,MT,MO, & KS.
